Most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery or purchase may be returned for a full refund. Jewelry may be exchanged at any time for another size. Shipping will be paid by us only if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in original packaging.

POLICIES:
“Special Orders or Custom Orders: The Crystal Pineapple does not allow Returns on any Custom Made Jewelry or Special Order Jewelry. Opened Window Clings May not be Returned.

Worn or Damaged Jewelry:
If you return jewelry and it has obviously been worn (substantially tarnished, pitted, scratched, or broken) The Crystal Pineapple will allow a return or exchange based on the condition of the jewelry. The Crystal Pineapple will charge a polishing, refurbishing fee if need be.

Size Exchange Policy:
We will send you the size you request. If you find you have to exchange sizes, The Crystal Pineapple will happily exchange sizes for you. When you return your bracelet, please enclose a check for $7.95 to cover the shipping costs necessary for your exchange.

- Address the package to:

- Insure the package for the full selling price (minus taxes and shipping charges).

If the package is not insured, The Crystal Pineapple is not responsible for loss or damages that may occur during shipping.
